Kelvin Orduna is an impact-driven trailblazer dedicated to empowering underserved communities. He founded Empowering Rural Progress, an international initiative that provided first-time internet access to remote indigenous communities. Kelvin also developed ClearCross, an AI-powered app designed to enhance pedestrian safety for visually impaired individuals using computer vision and augmented reality. Apart from commitments to digital equity and accessibility, he advocates for policies that expand gifted education, working with legislators and stakeholders to ensure high-achieving students—regardless of background—have access to rigorous academic environments. Kelvin will pursue Ethics, Politics, and Economics at Yale University in the Fall.
