Kelvin is

Kelvin is an impact-driven trailblazer dedicated to empowering underserved communities. He founded Empowering Rural Progress, an international initiative that has provided first-time internet access to remote indigenous communities. Under his leadership, the initiative has become a blueprint for sustainable infrastructure deployment in marginalized regions. Driven by how technology can serve historically underserved communities, he also developed ClearCross, an AI-powered application designed to enhance pedestrian safety for visually impaired individuals. Using computer vision and augmented reality, ClearCross provides real-time navigational guidance at crosswalks.
Apart from his commitments to digital equity and accessibility, Kelvin advocates for expanding access to gifted and advanced learning opportunities. He has worked closely with policymakers and education stakeholders to ensure high-achieving students–regardless of background–have access to rigorous academic environments.
Kelvin is an alumnus of the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts, a 2025 Coca-Cola Scholar, and studies Ethics, Politics, and Economics at Yale University.
